IC:Touching: Yes. Arno may not be an Italian (he's French, actually) when it comes to being openly social with others, but he does allow friendly contact- provided he feels comfortable with the person is doing it. If not, expect their hand to be shoved off rather quickly.
Hugging: Unless your name is Élise de la Serre, then most of the time, no. Not on his end, at least. If your character goes ahead and hugs him then he'll just be awkward about it and either gently pull them off or shove them off if they refuse to let go.
Kissing: RESERVED FOR ONE ÉLISE DE LA SERRE AND ÉLISE DE LA SERRE ONLY.
Fighting: YES, PLEASE, BY ALL MEANS. Arno is an Assassin, so he's a very good fighter/brawler/fencer/whathaveyou when it comes to fighting and killing. However, he's still only a human (save for his Eagle Vision), so just get in touch with me if you'd like for something to go down.
Injuring/Maiming: Ask first, I'm usually really flexible!
Killing: Unless he does something really incredibly stupid, then no. Arno is dumb and naive in certain ideals, but he's managed to stay in one piece despite his terrible decisions.
OOC:Backtagging: Yes, and please poke me if I seem to drop a thread! I honestly tend to forget.
Threadhopping: BY ALL MEANS, GO FOR IT. So long as the thread is not locked I am up for anything!
Fourthwalling: Somewhat, yes! Characters are more than welcome to recognize the French Revolution and the important figures within it, but I'd like to avoid any spoiling of the game itself.
Triggers: I am usually okay with most things! If you're not sure, just drop me a line and we can chat. c:
PERMISSIONS FORM: EAGLE VISIONIn Assassin's Creed canon, Eagle Vision is the ability passed down through generations from the First Civilization that gives humans a unique way of glancing at the world. Think of it as a sixth sense, if you will. Arno refers to it as "his sight" when speaking about it, and it can do several things when he uses it to his advantage. The most common is color-coding according to people's allegiance.
In Assassin's Creed Unity, there are five colors that differentiate what types of people are around Arno. They are as follows:
GREEN: Ally/Trustworthy. Arno does not need to know this person or have ever met them in order to have Eagle Vision tell him that he can rely on this person to have his back if he ever is in trouble.
GOLD: Target/Of Importance. Arno is seeking this person for answers or questions, or needs to find this person to kill them and complete his mission. He does not need to know this person or have met them beforehand.
WHITE: Hiding Spot/Blending Area/Innocent. This is a little tricky, as the color can indicate several things at once. Hiding spots are usually inanimate objects that show up as white, such as haystacks or outposts. They can hide Arno if he's being chased by guards or Extremists. Blending areas are places that he can move into and become a part of the crowd, acting right along with them. A small group in front of a market table or two civilians sitting on a bench are great examples of this. Finally, if a person is marked as white and has nothing around them to interact with, it indicates to Arno that he must avoid killing them at all costs, for they are the weak and have had the worst of the war handed to them.
RED: Extremist. These are men who Arno knows will only cause trouble and need very little prompting to do so. They bully civilians and kill them without even batting an eye. If an Extremist is going to harm someone, you can be sure Arno will come flying in to prevent the action from fully happening.
BLUE: Guard. The militia of the French monarchy, one that is easily falling apart and becoming corrupt of its own accord. Guards don't hassle civilians, nor do they openly try to kill them, but they cause trouble if they catch Arno nearby, or see him doing any actions that would be considered illegal. They also remember him. Arno tries to avoid killing guards as much as possible.
In-game, Arno will be using Eagle Vision quite often, so more than likely, he'll be seeing people in different colors. And because of personalities, characters are more than welcome to flash more than one color. Arno won't really know what to do at first, but he'll grow used to it over time.
A NOTE FOR THISAVROU. Due to the fact that Arno has been drawn into the Ingress, his Eagle Vision has been modified to point out different kinds of people. Red is for those with abilities, while blue is for those without abilities. He'll be able to tell that your character has an ability, but not what type. He won't see a point to ask unless it's necessary for him.
If you could fill out the form below, I'd greatly appreciate it!
